Over the last nine years Jay has worked to increase the number of part time and summer jobs for students, first at the University of Glasgow and now at the University of Reading. He currently runs the Campus Jobs service at the University of Reading, which every year employs over 2,200 students and collectively pays them more than £2.2million. Last year, he completed a part-time Masters and CIPD Level 7 in Human Resource Management with the University of Westminster.
